Felicity Kayumba Kalunga
Felicity’s research focuses on the potential of administrative justice in enforcing legislation that seeks to domesticate international human rights provisions in dualist states under the supervision of Prof. Ambreena Manji and Pauline Roberts. She is funded by the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, UK.
Felicity is Special research fellow at the University of Zambia where she taught Administrative Law, Clinical Legal Education, Legal Process Law of Evidence and Civil and Criminal Procedure. She served as Head of Department of the Public Law Department of the University of Zambia for a period of 3 years. She also served as a member of the Council of Law Reporting of Zambia for 3 years. She has a background in social justice. She is a legal practitioner in Zambia where she has represented strategic human rights litigation cases on rights of people with disabilities.
